What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please WhatsApp us in advance.
Are there any taxes or fees on top of the room rate?+
Room rates shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) as well as the Pahang Sustainability Fee (RM3.00 per room per night). Additionally, a Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night applies to foreign passport holders, collected at check-in. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents with MyPR are exempt.
How do I pay for my booking?+
All online bookings are pre-paid in full by card through our secure checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as payment clears.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
For changes or cancellations please contact us directly by WhatsApp or phone. We're flexible where we can be — reach out as early as possible.
Is there Wi-Fi?+
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Where exactly are you located?+
We're in the heart of Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands. A linked bridge connects the hotel directly to town, and the bus and taxi stations are within walking distance.
Do you cater to Muslim travellers?+
Yes. We are a Muslim family-owned hotel and have welcomed Muslim guests and families for 30 years.
Is breakfast included?+
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. There are many halal restaurants and cafés within walking distance in Tanah Rata town.
Do you allow extra guests in a room?+
Each room type has a maximum guest count shown on its details page. Please pick a room that comfortably fits your party, or contact us for special requests.
